Our engine achieves 99.5% accuracy on well-formatted text-based PDFs. We validate dates, amounts, and transaction descriptions for consistency.

Is my financial data safe?

Absolutely. All uploads use TLS 1.3 encryption. Files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after. We never store your bank statements.

Can I convert multiple statements at once?

Yes, batch processing is supported. Upload multiple PDFs and download all your CSV files in a single ZIP archive.

What CSV format is used?

We output standard UTF-8 CSV files with columns for Date, Description, Amount, and Balance. The format is compatible with all major accounting software.

Do you support scanned bank statements?

OCR support for scanned bank statements is currently in development and will be available soon. For now, we support text-based PDFs.

Can I import the CSV into QuickBooks or Xero?
